This is the most deepest red colored onion I've ever grown. The color is so deep and strong that it bleeds into the cutting board when you slice it. It stored pretty well too. El Sobrante, Ca

A friend at our community garden gave me 6 of these onion starts to try and they were terrific! Our hot/dry climate was perfect. They have terrific flavor especially for roasting and they store very well. Can't wait to plant lots this season! John Day, Oregon

These onions are very pretty and the perfect size. They went fairly well at market. The red color runs very deep into the rings. I liked these for the most part but because of a terrible growing season for onions last year a lot of these turned out pretty hot. I'm trying them again this year and am hoping for a lot better season. Pleasant View Colorado
