10 lb. Mesh Netting

SKU #MN
Availability: In Stock
MESH NETTING
Order 10 or more for just $1.00 each!

Our grandmother used to store her onions in pantyhose, and this mesh netting serves the same purpose. We tried to sell used pantyhose but they weren't exactly the best sellers.

Ideal for the home gardener! Keep your onions garden-fresh for later use. Approximately 9 ft of mesh netting. To use, tie a knot at the end of netting. Drop in an onion and tie another knot. Repeat process until net is full. Suspend bag over a nail or rafter and store in a cool, dry area. Instructions included.

Besides the onions, melons, etc, we are going to try them on grape clusters against squirrels. Very versatile product.

Had a bumper crop of onions this year and didn't want to use nylons again. They were difficult to use! So pleased with this netting. Easy to slip the onions in, easy to tie off, and reusable. Ordering a bunch more for my small pumpkins and small squash, too! Sharing with friends as well :)

I'm growing melons on an A-Frame trellis and the netting is perfect for creating slings for the melons at they grow. I just cut a piece long enough to tie to the trellis on each side, make a slit in the mesh and put the melon inside. As it grows, I enlarge the slit, and loosen each knot on the sides as needed. Perfect!

I had been looking for this netting for so long and finally found it at Dixondale Farms. Thank you so much! I hang my sweet onions in my kitchen, and pantyhose just doesn't look right. This is a great product and keeps my onions fresh for a long time.

I looked for about an hour for a solution to potato storage for the potatoes I grew in my garden. These were a perfect solution without having to spend the fortune other sites wanted to charge for similar solutions. I will order again, and again...Tumwater, Wa

This netting is great for more than onions. We are using it at our farm stand for potatoes and tomatoes and other veggies that can not be put out in plastic bags. It is a great economical and attractive way to package produce for sale. Brookfield, NH
