Vidalia Onion and Potato Casserole


Ingredients:
  • 6-7  Large Vidalia Onions
  • 6-7  Large White Potatoes
  • 2  cans of condensed mushroom soup
  • 2  lb  lean ground beef
  •   dash  salt and pepper
Directions:
Season meat and brown in skillet...Peel and slice potatoes and onions thinly. Alternate layers of potatoes, onions and meat. Pour mushroom soup over all and bake at 350 degrees F for 45-55 minutes.
