Texas Onion Casserole


Ingredients:
  • 4  large sweet onions, sliced
  • 6  ounce  potato chips, crushed
  • 2  cup  grated cheddar cheese
  • 2  cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2  cup  milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Layer the first three ingredients in a 9 by 13-inch baking dish. Repeat layers, setting aside a handful of chips. Combine soup with milk and pour over layers. Top with reserved crushed chips. Bake for one hour and serve hot.
Makes 6 servings.
