Our grandmother used to store her onions in pantyhose, and this mesh netting serves the same purpose. We tried to sell used pantyhose but they weren't exactly the best sellers.
Ideal for the home gardener! Keep your onions garden-fresh for later use. Approximately 9 ft of mesh netting. To use, tie a knot at the end of netting. Drop in an onion and tie another knot. Repeat process until net is full. Suspend bag over a nail or rafter and store in a cool, dry area. Instructions included.

This netting is great for more than onions. We are using it at our farm stand for potatoes and tomatoes and other veggies that can not be put out in plastic bags. It is a great economical and attractive way to package produce for sale. Brookfield, NH
