The pre-emergent herbicide (corn gluten meal) inhibits the germination of crabgrass, creeping bentgrass, barnyard grass, dandelions, redroot pigweed, purslane, lambsquarter, foxtail, barnyard grass and Bermuda grass seeds. Directions for use: Prior to transplanting, mix the TOOFW into the soil, both in planting rows and in between rows at a rate of 4 lbs/75 sq. ft. Till into the top three inches of the soil, since that is where the majority of the weed seed germinates. Four applications of 4 lbs/75 sq. ft. every 4-6 weeks after transplanting provides optimum results. Water product in following each application.
