Great for soups and salads. Lot contains 30 bundles of approximately 60 plants per bunch (1800 plants). This is for our larger growers who want to sell the bundles of 3 leeks at local markets or to high-end chefs. Just keep blanching the shafts to keep them nice and white and you can harvest for months. Might want to make several plantings since leeks are not daylength sensitive and will last for months in the ground. Free growing guide included.
