Our customers have been asking for a short day storage and this is one that we can say will work for you in your areas. With excellent flavor and a slightly pungent taste, the Red Creole bulbs are both attractive and will store well. Great flavor for the cooks that are looking for a spicy or Cajun onion. This onion will have the appearance of a brownish red bulb until mature.
