We continue to produce our own seed to ensure availability. Don't be fooled by imposters; there are a lot of people that aren't selling true 1015 onion plants. This variety was developed by Texas A&M. The 1015 stands for October 15th, which is the date that we plant them in South Texas and the Y stands for "yellow". There were several other "dated" varieties that were developed but this variety was chosen as the most flavorful.
The total price of your onion plant order will be determined at checkout. Pricing is based on the total number of bunches purchased (see chart to the left).

I recommend these to anyone that gardens. I live in Wyoming and they do extremely well here even tho we're long day. They are my favorite of all the varieties!

I have tried to grow onions for too many years with poor success at best. Last year i tried your 1015Y Texas Super Sweet onions and followed your Planting Guide to the T. What a great success!!! It was better than I ever dreamed. Just a super crop of large sweet onions. It was so successful I had to take pictures and show my friends. I will be ordering again for the 2010 season.

All gardeners planted Tx supersweet after seeing my results last year. We planted over 30 sets and are ready to buy for the next year.
