We guarantee that you will receive healthy plants that will transplant successfully. If your plants fail within 30 days of receipt, you may choose to have a credit, refund or a one-time replacement (if available). Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by factors beyond our control such as weather, soil conditions, insects or neglect. Contact us immediately if the plants you receive are not in excellent condition. Please let us know if plants or product have been damaged in transit.
