Our fertilizer and chemical products help your onion crop grow and stay disease-free. Most onion diseases are caused by leaf wetness. If there is bacteria caused by diseases present when the carbohydrates are transferred from the leaves to the rings of onions, that bacteria will be transferred as well. Spray every 10-14 days during the growing season to prevent the spores of the bacteria from forming. Our fertilizers are special blends that we use, but they are effective on all your vegetables as well. Three of the keys to growing good onions are to keep them weed free, fertilize them when needed, and keep them sprayed to prevent disease in the leaves.
